Due to the nature of our products, all candles are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles once they have been purchased, as they are fragile and intended for personal use.


Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@maisoncaelina.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Shipping issues

Once an order has been shipped, Maison Caelīna is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please refer to your tracking information or contact the shipping provider directly for updates.
